Store Policies


I respond to email inquiries and requests Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm EST. There may be a slight delay in the event of a holidays or unforeseen circumstances, but I will do my best to respond to you in a timely manner.



Orders  ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment via USPS Priority Mail. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday.

Shipping fees are based on the purchase subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.


Deliveries outside of the United States may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. Please note that Azizi Designs does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that I am not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Exchanges and returns are not provided as I meticulously craft and wear-test each piece of my jewelry prior to making it available for purchase. However, in the event there is a problem with your order, please contact me at

All Azizi Designs jewelry should be handled with care. I include jewelry care instructions with every order, but please contact me at if you have additional questions about cleaning and maintaining your piece.



Bracelet and necklace restringing, and repair/replacement of metal components, gemstones, and natural and recycled materials is available dependent upon the original design and availability of materials. Please contact me at to discuss your repair.
